Project description
The intention is to document the construction of a model railway to the scale of 2mm:1ft based on Swinton, South Yorkshire, S64 8AU, circa 1993. The station opened on the 14th May 1990 and the model railway will represent approximately a scale third of a mile, including the station. I estimate that the project will take around 4 years to complete and I will post updates of progress on a regular basis.
